异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇和喘定治疗小儿哮喘的疗效及药理作用探讨

摘　　要：本研究以小儿哮喘患儿为研究对象，观察异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇和喘定治疗小儿哮喘的疗效，并探讨其药理作用。研究发现，观察组的总有效率（95．35％）高于对照组（76．74％）（p〈0．05）。观察组的FVC％、FEVI％、MMF％和MVV％均高于对照组（p〈0．05）。观察组的血清TNF—α、IL-6和IL-10水平均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组CD4^＋、CD8^及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值低于对照组（p〈0．05）。异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇和喘定治疗小儿哮喘具有较好的临床疗效，可提高患儿肺功能，减轻炎症反应，提高免疫功能。In this research, we selected children with asthma as the research objects to observe the curative effect of ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol and dyphylline in treatment for asthma children and explore the pharmacological actions. The results showed that the total effective rate （95.35%） of the observation group was higher than that of control group （76.74%） （p〈0.05）. The FVC%, FEV1%, MMF% and MVV% in observation group were higher than those of control group （p〈0.05）. The serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the observation group were all lower than those in control group （p 〈0.05）. The CD4^＋, CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratios of the observation group were lower than those of control group （p〈0.05）. The ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol and dyphylline in the treatment for asthma children had better clinical curative effect, which could improve the lung function of asthma children as well as the immune function, and reduce inflammatory response.
