Herbert螺钉在桡骨小头骨折治疗中疗效评估

摘　　要：为比较Herbert螺钉与微型接骨板在桡骨小头骨折治疗中的效果，探讨Herbert螺钉在桡骨小头骨折治疗中的临床价值及意义，本研究选取我院73例桡骨小头骨折患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，采用回顾性分析的方法，比较两组治疗效果，分析Herbert螺钉与微型接骨板在桡骨小头骨折中的应用效果。经临床分析，观察组轻度疼痛率和重度疼痛率均优于对照组，有显著性差异（p〈0．05）；观察组肘关节功能评分为（85．21±2．36）分，高于对照组的（75．63±3．02）分，其差异有统计学意义（t=16．541，p=0．002〈0．05）；观察组术后并发症发生率仅为4．65％，显著低于对照组的16．67％，比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=41．021，p=0．041〈0．05）。结果表明，桡骨小头骨折采用Herbert螺钉治疗的临床疗效确切，且能够改善患者肘关节功能评分，降低并发症发生率，具有临床推广应用的价值。The purpose of the study was to compare the effect of Herbert screw and miniature steel plate in the treatment of radial head fracture, and explore the clinical value and significance of Herbert screw in the treatment of radial head fracture. We selected 73 patients with radial head fractures in our hospital. Patients were divided into observation group and control group using the method of a random number table. In this research, the method of retrospective analysis was used to compare the treatment of two groups, and analyzed the application effect of Herbert screws and miniature steel plate in radial head fractures. Through clinical analysis, mild and severe pain ratios of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （p〈0.05）. The score of the elbow joint function in the observation group was （85.21 ±2.36） points, which was higher than that of the control group （75.63±3.02） points. The difference was statistically significant （t=16.541, p=0.002〈0.05）. The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was only 4.65%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group （16.67%）. The difference was statistically significant （χ^2=41.021, p=0.041 〈0.05）. The results showed that the clinical efficacy of Herbert screw treatment to radial head fracture was exact, and could help patients improve the score of elbow joint function and reduce the incidence rate of complications, with the clinical application value.
