摘 要:大庆油田某外围低渗透油藏已投产扶杨油层水平井存在投产初期产量较低的问题,原因统计分析表明,导致水平井初期产量低的主要因素为注采井距设计不完善、射孔井段设计不合理、压裂参数设计不准确。应用非达西理论公式和数值模拟综合确定合理注采井距;依据井震资料结合储层预测,落实油层展布特点,建立储层分类标准,优化水平段射孔井段;针对储层展布及渗透性,结合固井质量,数值模拟优化裂缝长度、间距、裂缝半径,优化施工排量及单缝加砂量。通过对水平井的优化部署,后期优化改造规模,加强了老区剩余油挖潜、新区储量动用程度,总结出了一套适合扶杨油层水平井开发的配套技术路线。以某井区为例,应用这套开发方法 ,区块水平井初期产量为周围直井的6.8倍,按照当时操作成本及原油价格,内部收益率为12%时,第一年即增加经济效益174.6万元。Oil production of the horizontal wells in a periphery low-permeability oil reservoir of Daqing Oilfield is low at the beginning of operation.Statistics and analysis show that imperfect design of producer-injec-tor spacing,unreasonable design of perforation interval and inaccurate design of fracturing parameters are the main influencing factors of the low initial production.Reasonable producer-injector spacing may be determined by non Darcy theory formula and numerical simulation.Based on seismic data and reservoir prediction,distribution characteristics of the oil reservoirs may be known,and reservoir classification standard may be established,and then perforation interval of the horizontal well section may be optimized.According to the reservoir distribution and permeability,numerical simulation was carried out on length,spacing and radius of the fractures combined with cementing quality,and discharge and sanding of single fracture were optimized.Through the optimization of horizontal well deployment and the late optimization scale,more remaining oil in the old area and more reserves in the new area were gained.A set of technology route suitable for horizontal well development in Fu-Yang reservoir was summed up.After this method was applied in certain block,the initial production in the horizontal wells was 6.8 times of that in the vertical wells around,internal rate of return was 12% and increased economic benefit was 1746 thousand yuan at the first year according to the opera-
