摘 要:通过前期研究,在G/L型射流泵流动过程中遵循质量守恒、动量守恒、能量守恒和气体状态方程的基础上,导出了射流泵排出口压力的计算方法,并将其运用到节点分析方法中,形成了一套可行的喷射气举工艺设计方法,但是未能在现场试验中进行进一步验证。鉴于此,展开了通过现场试验实测数据进行该设计方法验证的研究,通过海外某油田优选出具有普遍性的两口试验井的喷射气举生产资料,对建立的射流泵排出口压力计算方法进行了验证,结果表明:所建立的计算模型预测得到的喷射气举生产情况与油井实际生产情况较符合,计算误差较小,喷射气举效果一般。并以其中一口井为例,通过对喷射泵设计参数和工作参数进行敏感性分析和评价,给出了提高喷射气举效果的建议:适当减小喉管尺寸,适当减小泵的下入深度或增加注气量,确定最优喷嘴尺寸、注气量和注气压力组合。The flowing process of G/L jet pump follows the rules of mass conservation,momentum conservation,energy conservation and gas equation of state.A method of calculating outlet pressure of the jet pump was derived based on the early studies of the author.It was applied to nodal analysis and then a set of feasible model of jet air-lift technology was obtained,but it has not been tested on site.So,a study on the verification of the design method through the field test data was carried out.The method of calculating the outlet pressure of the jet pump was verified through two universal overseas wells developed by jet air-lift.The re-sults show that the production of jet air-lift predicted by the calculated model is in line with the actual production of the oil wells,and the calculation error is small and the effect of jet air-lift is just so so.Tak-ing one of the wells as an example,the suggestions of improving the jet air-lift effect were given after the sensitivity of the design parameters and working parameters of the jet pump was analyzed and evaluated.That is the size of throat,setting depth of the pump should be decreased or gas injection rate should be increased appropriately,and the optimized combination of nozzle size,gas injection rate and gas injection pressure should be determined.
