摘　　要：目的:探讨内分泌科临床药师参与药物治疗、开展药学服务的临床实践。方法:临床药师通过参与医疗查房、开展药学查房、审核用药医嘱和协同临床医生制订药物治疗方案等多种形式开展药学服务,提出合理化用药建议。结果:通过积极有效的沟通,临床医师能很好地采纳药师建议,从而提高了药物治疗的有效性,减少了药品不良反应的发生。结论:临床药师发挥专业特长,参与临床药物治疗,可使药物治疗更合理。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical practice of medication and pharmaceutical service in endocrinology department conducted by pharmacists. METHODS： Pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical service by participating medical ward-round,pharmaceutical ward-round,examining medical orders and assisting clinical in formulating therapeutic regimen, gave proposes in rationalize medication. RESULTS： After active and effective communication,clinicians had taken advice from pharmacists which improved the medication effectiveness and reduced the incidence of adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists give full play of professional knowledge to participate in clinical medication,which can rationalize the drug application.
