摘 要:目的研究正常成人腰椎(椎体、椎弓根)表观扩散系数(ADC值)与年龄的关系。方法选取89例正常成人,行腰椎常规MR扫描(T1WI、T2WI)及扩散加权成像(DWI)扫描(扩散敏感系数=500s·mm^(-2))。比较正常成人腰椎椎体与椎弓根ADC值差异性,并分析腰椎不同部位ADC值与年龄的相关性。结果 89例正常成人腰椎椎弓根ADC值高于椎体(t=-6.534,P=0.00)。不同年龄组正常成人腰椎椎体、椎弓根的ADC值差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。中年组、老年组椎体ADC值均低于青年组,老年组椎弓根ADC值低于青年组和中年组(P均<0.05)。正常成人腰椎椎体、椎弓根ADC值与年龄均呈负相关(r=-0.357、-0.374;P=0.001、0.009)。结论正常成人腰椎不同部位(椎体、椎弓根)ADC值存在差异。Objective To investigate the correlation between age and ADC values of lumbar spine(vertebral and vertebral arch) in healthy adults. Methods 89 healthy adults were divided into groups by their age.Conventional MRI(TlWI,T2WI)and DWI(b value=500 s·mm^-2) were performed. The difference of ADC values between vertebral and vertebral arch was analyzed, and the ADC values in lumbar spine(both vertebral and vertebral arch) between different age groups were compared. The partial correlation analysis was performed between ADC values in each part of lumbar spine and different age groups. Results In normal adults, the ADC values of lumbar vertebral arch is higher than vertebral(P〈0.05); There were significant differences between ADC values(in both vertebral and vertebral arch) and both youth group, middle group, older group(F=5.126/3.012,P〈0.05). The ADC values of vertebral in older group and middle group were lower than youth group,the ADC values of vertebral arch in older group were lower than youth group and middle group. Both vertebral and vertebral arch ADC values had negative correlation with age(r=-0.357/-0.374,P 0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences between normal adult lumbar spine vertebral ADC values and vertebral arch ADC values.
