摘　　要：对高校图书馆和馆配商的合作进行了分析,认为高校图书馆和馆配商是互利共赢的关系,两者密不可分,互利互惠。同时对高校图书馆和馆配商如何更好的实现共赢局面提出了有益的建议。This paper analyzes the cooperation between the university library and the library distribution,and thinks that the university library and the library distribution are mutually beneficial and win-win relationship. At the same time,it puts forward some useful suggestions on how to realize the win-win situation of the university library and the library distribution.
