摘　　要："互联网+"给高校图书馆带来了快速发展的机会和前所未有的挑战,文中介绍了"互联网+"环境下哈尔滨工程大学图书馆近年来资源建设和资源服务的具体实践和探索,提出新形势下运用互联网思维进一步完善文献资源建设工作的具体思考。"Internet + "brings rapid development opportunities and unprecedented challenges to the university library,this paper introduces the concrete practice and exploration of the resource construction and resource service of the Harbin Engineering University library under the "Internet + "environment,and puts forward the thinking of using internet to further improve the literature resource construction work under the new situation.
