摘  要:油田井下使用的一根Φ203.2 mm随钻震击器内螺纹发生了断裂。对其断口的宏观形貌特征进行了分析,并取样试验分析了其材料的化学成分和力学性能,测量了几何尺寸,从而确定了该随钻震击器断裂的原因是:震击器材料韧性差、内螺纹丝扣牙底存在严重的应力集中。The internal thread of one Ф203. 2 mm drilling jar used in oil well was broken. The macromorphology characteristics of the frac-ture surface were checked, the geometric dimensions were measured, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materi-al were analyzed through the sampling test. The test results showed that the reason of fracture of the drilling jar was determined: the tough-ness of the drilling jar material was poor; and there was a serious stress concentration in internal thread tooth bottom.
