摘  要:基于大量国内外调研和国内现有相关设计标准、规范、研究理论成果,总结国内外三明治沉管结构设计施工的实践经验,通过大量国外设计施工查询、工艺试验方法参数论证、可行性检测类型的成套技术咨询,依托港珠澳岛隧工程最终接头施工条件,结合"引进、吸收、转化、创新"的思想制订了一套适合最终接头施工的技术方法。钢壳混凝土三明治组合的沉管结构,其应用领域、施工工艺较特殊,工程案例很少,目前仅在日本有类似的应用案例。所以在港珠澳大桥方案比选阶段前往日本进行了大量的咨询调研考察,对沉管隧道钢壳混凝土三明治工法形成初步了解;对钢壳混凝土三明治沉管的起源、应用性、功能及成套施工工艺等方面进行了综合论述,实现了钢壳混凝土三明治沉管结构成套技术的开发与应用。Based on a large number of domestic and foreign research and domestic existing relevant design standards, norms and research results, we summarized the practical experience of design and construction of sandwich structures at home and abroad. Through a large number of foreign design and construction inquiries, parameters of process test methods, feasibility testing of the type of complete sets of technical advice, relying on the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project final joint construction conditions, combined with "introduction, absorption, transformation and innovation" idea, we developed a set of technology for the final joint construction methods. The steel tube concrete sandwiched sandwich structure, its application field and construction craft are quite special, the project case is very few, at present only has the similar application case in Japan. Therefore, we conducted a large number of consultative investigations and studies in Japan during the comparison and selection stage of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project, established preliminary understanding of the sandwich concrete construction method of immersed tunnel. We discussed the origin, application, function and complete construction technology of sandwiched immersed pipe comprehensively, and realized the development and application of complete set of technology for sinking steel shell concrete sandwich structure.
