摘　　要：黄连温胆汤具有显著的降脂、降糖、抗炎等药理作用,且在临床上已广泛应用于多科疾病的治疗领域中,包括代谢性疾病、心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病等。分析整理近十年来国内黄连温胆汤的相关文献并对其药理作用及临床应用进行总结归纳,为该方后续药理研究,临床应用的开发提供有益参考。Huanglian Wendan Decoction has remarkable effect of lipid-lowering,blood glucose-reducing,and anti-inflammation,which has been widely used in many clinical areas,such as metabolic diseases,cardiovascular system diseases and nervous system diseases. This study analyzed related articles of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in recent ten years,it made conclusions on the pharmacological effects and clinical applications,in order to offer beneficial references for the further pharmacological study and clinical application of this formula.
