摘 要:电袋复合除尘器因其具有出口粉尘浓度不受煤种、飞灰成分变化影响,出口粉尘浓度低等优点而广泛应用于燃煤电厂烟尘的治理。电袋复合除尘器的阻力是其重要的性能参数之一,它不仅取决于滤袋单元的阻力,内外部结构件的阻力也是其重要组成部分。文章采用CFD数值模拟技术,对某燃煤电厂660MW机组配套电袋复合除尘器出气烟箱的几种设计方案进行研究分析,并选取其中的最优方案,使其气流分布更加均匀同时减小系统阻力。The electrostatic fabric integrated precipitator (EFIP) has been widely used in the treatment of smoke dust in coal- fired power plant because of its advantages such as no influence of coal types and coal ash ingredient change, low dust concentration in outlet dust, etc. The resistance of EFIP is one of the important performance parameters. It not only depends on the resistance of filter bag units, but also on the resistance of internal and external structures. In this paper, the CFD numerical simulation technology is adopted to study and analyze several design schemes of the exhaust smoke box of the 660MW unit of a coal-fired power plant, and the optimization scheme is selected, so that the airflow distribution is more uniform and the system resistance is reduced.
