摘　　要：文章介绍了电梯钢丝绳大修案例,对钢丝绳裁剪、更换的流程进行探讨,记录了电梯钢丝绳损坏的数据,并进行分析。根据本人多年的大修工作经验,对目前钢丝绳裁剪和更换流程进行了补充,提高了大修作业的安全性和效率,节约了企业生产经营成本。This paper introduces the case of overhaul of elevator wire rope, discusses the process of cutting and replacing steel wire rope, records the data of elevator wire rope damage, and analyses them. According to my many years of overhaul work experi-ence, the current process of steel wire rope cutting and replacement is supplemented, which improves the safety and efficiency of the overhaul operation, and saves the production and operation cost of the enterprise.
