摘　　要：目的应用功效系数法分析临床路径实施质量,为提高临床路径实施质量提供数据支持。方法从上海市卫计委公布的2016年《临床路径简讯》中提取12家临床路径收治人数最多的大型三级综合医院,临床路径实施的相关数据进行综合评价。结果综合评价结果客观反映出各医院临床路径的实施质量。结论通过功效系数法对临床路径的各指标进行综合评价,能够全面客观反映出不同医院临床路径的实施质量,为各卫生行政部门及医院机关提供决策依据。Objective To analyze the quality of clinical path implementation with efficacy coefficientmethod and to provide data and information support for further improving the quality of clinical path implementa-tion. Methods Relevant data of clinical path implementation in 12 large - scale tertiary hospitals with most admit-ted patients were extracted from the “ Clinical Path Newsletter” published by Shanghai Municipal Health Commis-sion in 2016. Results Comprehensive evaluation results objectively reflected the quality of the clinical path imple-mentation in hospitals. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of the indicators in clinical path with efficacy coef-ficient method can thoroughly and objectively reflect the quality of the clinical path implementation in different hos-pitals ,providing the decision - making basis for the health administrative departments and the hospital organs.
