摘　　要：目的了解海军官兵就医行为和影响因素。方法采取问卷调查法对海军31个单位5 500名官兵进行问卷调查,采取构成比、Wilcoxon秩和检验、卡方检验、Logistic回归进行数据分析。结果文化程度、疾病自觉严重程度、心理压力、医疗机构距离、基层医疗机构满意度和就诊理念是官兵就医行为的影响因素。结论海军官兵卫生服务利用率较低,基层首诊率不高。应加强卫生资源合理配置,加强基层医疗机构建设,加强基层医疗机构心理力量,合理引导官兵就诊理念。Objective To understand the health seeking behavior of navy servicemen and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 5500 servicemen from 31 naval units were investigated with questionnaire, and the data were analyzed with constituent ratio, wilcoxon rank - sum test, y2 test and logistic regression. Results The influencing factors of navy servicemen^ health seeking behavior include educational background, self - awareness of diseases, psychological stress, distance from medical institutions, satisfaction degree with primary medical institu-tions and conception of health seeking. Conclusion The utilization rate of health services is low and the rate of first visit at primary health institutions is not high among navy servicemen. Strategies are proposed, including en-hancing the rational allocation of health resources, strengthening the construction of primary health institutions, im-proving mental health services in primary health institutions and rationally guiding the conception of health seeking.
