摘　　要：为强化使命任务和责任担当,医院根据自身特点,提出"四联四医"为部队服务模式,主要包括"突出卫勤联保,聚力胜战医疗;强化服务联心,打造人文医疗;加快信息联通,创新智慧医疗;推进军地联动,探索共享医疗",显著提升医院为部队服务能力,不断提升官兵安全感、幸福感、获得感、荣誉感。In order to highlight its mission and responsibility and in accordance with its own characteris-tics, the hospital proposes and implements the new mode of “four integrations and four medical services” to greatly upgrade its medical service capacity for the army, which specifically focuses on the integration of medical service and military logistics for the victory of war, the integration of medical treatment and professional nursing for the im-provement of humanistic service, the integration of different forms of communication for the construction of the smart medical service and the integration of military and civil forces for the improvement of the medical service system shared by the army and civilians. With the implementation of the new mode, the hospital dramatically improves its service capacity for the army and strengthens the senses of security, happiness, acquisition and honor for the mili-tary officers and soldiers.
