摘　　要：随着我国医疗服务价格改革在全国范围的开展,取消药品加成,适当提高诊察、治疗、手术、护理类服务价格,降低检验、大型检查类医疗服务价格,下放部分医疗服务项目定价权成为此轮改革的主要方向。文章以医疗服务价格改革为研究对象,结合此次公立医院改革实际情况,针对改革现状展开探讨,分析现状及存在问题,望能为我国医疗服务价格改革提供帮助。With the nationwide launch of the price reform for medical services in China, the focuses of this reform have been laid on such areas as eliminating drug price addition, rationally increasing charges for observa-tion ,treatment, surgery and medical care, reducing charges for inspection and comprehensive examination, and decentralizing pricing authority of certain items of medical services . Taking the price reform for medical services as the research object, this paper, based on the ongoing reform of public hospital, explores the current situation of the price reform and analyzes the problems it brings about, in an attempt to contribute to the success of the reform.
