摘　　要：荷兰的医疗卫生服务体系多年来在欧洲一直名列前茅,该国的医院管理水平也相对比较成熟。文章通过笔者的实地考察,分析荷兰医院的患者安全管理工作的内涵、具体内容和实际成效,并结合实际提出我国医院在这方面工作的改进方向和建议。The health care system of Netherlands has been among the best in Europe for many years, and the hospital management in Netherlands is relatively sound and mature. This article analyzes the connotation, specific con-tents and actual effects of patient safety management in Dutch hospitals through the authors fieldwork and proposes the direction and suggestions for the improvement of hospital management in this area based on the actual situation in China.
