棉铃抗氧化酶活性影响棉纤维长度发育的研究

摘  要:[目的]本试验对一对叶色不同的棉花近等基因系抗氧化酶活性进行测定和分析,以了解绿叶和红叶棉花材料的抗氧化酶活性的变化规律,旨在为棉花优良品种的选育提供理论依据。[方法]以叶色不同的近等基因系棉花为试验材料,在花后10d与花后20d分别测定铃壳、棉籽、棉纤维中的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性以及MDA含量,并对收获的棉花进行考种。[结果]棉纤维伸长的不同阶段,2种材料棉铃各组织的POD、SOD和CAT3种酶活性总体表现为升高趋势,其中绿叶棉纤维中SOD酶活性上升幅度最大,高达287%;而MDA含量呈现下降趋势,其中红叶棉纤维中下降幅度最大,达53%。绿叶棉棉铃抗氧化酶系统酶活性基本上显著高于红叶棉。[结论]棉纤维快速伸长阶段棉铃抗氧化酶活性与棉纤维的伸长发育密切相关。绿叶棉抗氧化酶活性高,以绿叶棉为育种材料,更有利于改良棉纤维品质。[Objective]The purpose of this study was to understand the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities of green leaf and red leaf cotton,and aimed at the selection of fine cotton varieties Provide theoretical basis by determining the antioxidant enzyme activity of the near-isogenic lines with different colour from leaves.[Methods]The activity of SOD,POD,CAT and MDA in bell bark,cottonseed and cotton fiber were determined at different 10 days after flowering and20 days after flowering.We also tested the relative character indexs of cotton fiber.[Results]The result showed that POD,SOD and CAT activities of the different organs from cotton bolls were increasing trend between different periods of cotton fiber elongation,and the activity of SOD in green leaf fiber increased by up to 287%;but the MDA content showed a downward trend,of which the largest decline in red leaf cotton fibers,dropped by 53%.The activitives of the antioxidant enzymes from the green leaf cotton boll were significantly higher than the red leave cotton Conclusion At the cotton fiber rapid elongation stage,it was closed relation between the activity of antioxidant enzymes of cotton bolls and the development of cotton fiber elongation.[Conclusion]The higher antioxidant enzyme activity in the green leaf cotton,with green leaf cotton as breeding material,it is more beneficial to improve the quality of cotton fiber.
