摘　　要：恶心呕吐在清醒患者术中及全麻患者术后均可发生。丙泊酚是一种常见的静脉麻醉药,近年来其抗恶心呕吐作用已被证实,在预防和治疗恶心呕吐中均能发挥良好作用。作者就丙泊酚在清醒及全麻患者术中及术后恶心呕吐的应用作一综述。Nausea and vomiting （NV） may occur in both lucid and undergoing general anesthesia patients. As a common anesthetic agent, propofol has been found and proved to be effective against NV in recent years, and plays a favourable role in the prevention and treatment of NV. The present study is to review the usage of propofol in prevention and treatment of NV intraoperative and postoperative.
