摘  要:锌指蛋白是植物转录因子中的一个大家族,RING finger蛋白属于其中一个分支,具有环状结构域的典型特征结构,在植物生长发育以及响应逆境胁迫等方面起着重要作用。主要综述了RING finger蛋白的结构特点、分类和亚细胞定位,重点概括了RING finger蛋白在参与非生物与生物胁迫耐受性等方面的研究成果,并对其进一步的深入研究进行了展望,为将来利用植物RING finger蛋白基因创造抗逆新种质提供参考。Zinc finger proteins form a relatively large family of transcription factors in plants. The RING finger proteins repre-sent a subgroup of Zinc finger proteins that contain specialized structures of ring finger domain. Proteins containing RING fin-ger domain (s) were found to play important roles in plant growth and development, as well as responses to stress. Here the structural characteristics, classification and subcellular localization of RING finger proteins were introduced, the recent func-tional characterization studies of RING finger proteins in response to abiotic and biotic stresses were mainly highlighted, and a prospect for further in-depth research was made, with the hope that a relatively comprehensive reference for the creation ofnew germplasm with stress resistance using plant RING finger proteins could be provided.
