摘  要:研究自主研发的2种多杀霉素制剂对棕榈蓟马(Thrips palmi Karny)的室内毒力和田间防治效果。室内毒力测定结果表明,2种多杀霉素制剂对棕榈蓟马具有较高的毒力,48 h的LC_(50)分别为0.576 mg/L和0.983 mg/L;田间试验结果表明,2种多杀霉素制剂对棕榈蓟马均具有良好的速效性和持效性。5%多杀霉素悬浮剂对棕榈蓟马防治效果更佳,药后1~14 d的防效均在79%以上,药后3 d防效最高,达90%以上;45%多杀霉素水分散粒剂防治效果次之,药后1~14 d的防效均在69%以上,药后3 d防效最高,达80%以上。The toxicity and field control efficacy of two biological preparations of Spinosad to Thrips palmi Karny were studied.Laboratory bioassay demonstrated that two biological preparations of spinosad had higher toxicity to T. palmi,with LC_(50) of 0.576 mg/L and 0.983 mg/L for 48 h,respectively. Field trial showed that the control efficacy of 5% spinosad SC was better to T. palmi,it was above 79% after application for 1 to 14 days,and the highest after 3 days,which was above 90% ,followed by 45% spinosad DG,the control efficacy above 69% after application for 1 to 14 days,and the highest after 3 days,which was above 80% .
