高校二级学院活力党支部建设——“两学一做”学习教育背景下的实践思考

摘　　要：活力党支部对有效执行党组织任务,充分发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用,推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化有着举足轻重意义和作用。活力党支部应具有四个核心意识,增强党组织凝聚力,提高党支部在群众中影响力等内涵。针对当前二级学院党支部存在主要问题,高校二级学院党委建设活力党支部,要规范党支部自身建设;要以问题为导向找准活力党支部建设着力点;要加强过程监督发挥党支部主体作用;党支部工作要与单位发展任务相结合。The energetic Party branches can effectively carry out the Party＇s tasks,can give full play to the role as fighting bastion,and also can have great significances and functions on promoting the normalization and institutionalization of learning ＂studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building＂.The energetic Party branches should have ＂four core consciousness＂,need to strengthen their own cohesion,and also need to enhance their influence for the people.Basic on the main problems existing in the Party branches of the secondary colleges,the secondary colleges＇ party committees want to construct the energetic Party branches; they should regulate the construction of the party branch itself,analyze the main problems and find the main precise measures.They need to ensure the party branches play the main role in process supervision,and their Party branch works also need to combine with its own development task.
