摘　　要：党员干部现代远程教育系统工程,是建立"让干部经常受教育,使农民长期得实惠"长效机制的有效途径。加强组织领导,强化学用工作推进;健全队伍制度,夯实学用工作基础;依靠技术措施,确保学用工作开展;创新学习方式,增强学用工作实效;选树先进典型,打造学用工作亮点;探索结合模式,促进学用成果转换。这六种行之有效的工作做法,可用于党员干部现代远程教育学用工作之中。Party Members and cadres modern distance education system engineering is an effective means of long-term mechanism that will enable cadres to receive education regularly and farmers to get long-term tangible benefits.strengthen the organization and leadership,strong the work of learning and using to promote; Improve the team system,reinforce the foundation of the work of learning and using; Rely on technical measures,ensure that the work of learning and using carried out; Innovative learning style,enhancing the effectiveness of work of learning and using; Select advanced model,create a highlight of the work of learning and using; Explore the combination mode and promote the transformation of the results of work of learning and using.The six kinds of effective work practices mentioned above can be used in work of learning and using of Party Members and cadres modern distance education.
