摘 要:实验制备了不同组成的CaO-P_2O_5二元玻璃,通过测定样品水溶后的失重及水溶液的pH值,研究了玻璃组成、粒度、热处理、水温对玻璃水溶性的影响,并探讨了该系列玻璃水溶机理。结果表明:在研究的组成范围内,含摩尔分数42%CaO的玻璃样品水溶能力最大;水溶随温度的升高、玻璃粉末粒度的减小以及热处理引起分相的加剧而变快;随着水化过程的进行,水化后溶液呈酸性,玻璃中聚磷酸根先溶解,继而钙离子释放到溶液中。Ca0-P205 glasses with different CaO/P2O5 ratios were prepared. The dissolution of the glasses in water under different conditions was investigated by measuring the weight-losses of samples and the pH values of the solutions in which glass powders were immersed. The influences of glass composition, size of glass powder, thermal treatment and water temperature on the dissolution rates of the glasses were studied. The results indicate that within the experimental region, the glass containing 42mol% CaO has the highest dissolution. The dissolution increases with the water temperature, the increasing separation caused by the thermal treatment and the decrease of glass powder size. The solution turned increasingly acidic with the proceeding of the dissolution. Poly- phosphorus, afterwards Ca2+ ions were.
