摘　　要：液晶玻璃窑炉运行过程中电极砖及池壁砖侵蚀严重,窑炉运行后期存在较大安全隐患。应根据窑炉特征,提前做好延缓窑炉侵蚀的措施方案,为窑炉后期运行安全提供保障,延长窑炉使用寿命。The electrode brick and wall brick are eroded significantly while the operation of liquid crystal furnace. Therefore a great danger would be hidden in the later stage of the furnace. Some corresponding measures should be taken in advance to delay the erosion of the furnace, provide safeguards for the running of the furnace and prolong service life of the furnace.
