摘  要:针对国内某厂大断面圆坯连铸的工况条件,采用数值模拟的方法,初步设计了一种旋流水口。研究了传统直筒水口和新设计旋流水口时结晶器的流场;对两种水口同工艺条件下的结晶器液面、结晶器壁面以及结晶器内部流场进行了对比分析。研究表明,采用旋流水口更有利于钢液中夹杂物上浮去除;可促进结晶器液面的流动,有利于形成均匀的液渣层。Aiming at the large section of a domestic plant round billet continuous casting condition, a swirling flownozzle was designed by numerical simulation method, and the flow field of tzle and the newly designed swirling nozzle is studied. ; two kinds of nozzle, under the same conditions of mold level, mold wall and the mold internal flow field are analyzed. The results show that the swirling nozzle is beneficial to the re-moval of inclusions in the molten steel, which facilitates the flow of the mold surface aof a uniform liquid slag layer.
