摘　　要：主要对比分析了某钢厂120tLF炉使用的无缝实芯纯钙线和某厂家的低喷溅线的冶金效果,并对无缝实芯纯钙线在SPHC钢种上的使用情况进行了总结。研究发现,适当的喂线速度、合适的底吹氩气和较高的钢液温度可以提高钙的收得率。The metallurgical effects of seamless solid-core pure calcium wire used in 120t LF furnace of Masteeland the low spatter line of a certain factory are compared and analyzed, and the application of seamless solid-corepure calcium wire in SPHC is summarized. It is found that proper feeding speed, proper botliquid steel temperature can Improve the calcium yield.
