摘　　要：目的了解重庆市各区县医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果,科学指导医院消毒,加强医院感染控制。方法收集2014-2016年重庆市各区县疾病预防控制中心对所属辖区医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果监测资料,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2014-2016年重庆市各区县医疗机构消毒效果总合格率呈上升趋势,其中,一次性卫生用品的合格率最高,达99.9%,室内空气和紫外线灯强度的合格率最低,分别为85.9%和81.1%。区县级医疗机构的合格率最高,达97.0%,乡镇(街道)医疗机构的合格率最低,为90.4%。结论 2014-2016年重庆市医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但仍然存在一些问题,需采取措施提高个别监测项目和个别机构的合格率。Objective To understand the current working status of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in each district and county of Chongqing,so as to provide scientific basis for the guidance of disinfection in medical institutions,and to reinforce the control of hospital infection. Methods Collect disinfection monitoring data from the center for disease control and prevention of each district and county in Chongqing,use SPSS 22. 0 software for statistical analysis. Results From2014 to 2016,the total qualification rate of disinfection effect in medical institutions in each district and county of Chongqing was on the rise. Among them, the qualification rate of disposable sanitary products was highest（ 99. 9%）, while the qualification rate of hospital sewage and the intensity of ultraviolet lamp were lowest,which were 85. 9% and 81. 1%,respectively. The district medical institution had the highest qualification rate（ 97. 0%）,and the township streets medical institutions had the lowest（ 90. 4%）. Conclusion The overall disinfection effect in medical institutions in Chongqing from2014 to 2016 was good,but there was still in need of further improvement on individual monitoring items and the qualification rate of individual institutions.
