摘　　要：目的了解北京市东城区2016年其他感染性腹泻病例流行病学及病原学特征,为预防控制及临床治疗提供科学依据。方法采用软件SPSS 18.0对病例流行病学特征及病原学监测结果进行分析。结果 2016年累计报告病例2 826例,发病率为277.29/10万。男女发病比为1.03∶1,男女发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.49,P<0.01)。患者年龄主要集中在20~40岁,发病率为279.22/10万,占病例总数的35.95%(1 016/2 826)。报告发病数较高的地区分布于北京南二环到南三环之间。发病时间具有明显季节性,高峰时间为7月和8月。细菌感染性腹泻主要致病病原体为致泻性大肠杆菌和副溶血弧菌,分别占总病例数的63.24%和23.53%。结论儿童和老人是其他感染性腹泻的高发人群,流动人口聚集地区应是防控的重点地区。Objective To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Dongcheng district of Beijing in 2016,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of other infectious diarrhea.Methods SPSS 18. 0 software was used to analyze the result of surveillance for the epidemiological and etiological characteristics. Results A total of 2 826 cases of were reported in 2016 with the incidence of 277. 29/100 000. The male-tofemale ratio of incidence was 1. 03 ∶ 1,and the difference was statistical significance（ χ2= 6. 49,P 0. 01）. The cases were mainly in the age group 20-40 years old and the morbidity was 279. 22/100 000,accounting for 35. 95%（ 1 016/2 826） of all cases. The areas with high incidence located in southern part of the city,between the Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road. The annual incidence peak appeared to be from June to July with obvious seasonality. The main pathogens of bacterial diarrhea were pathogenic escherichia coli and vibrio parahaemolyticus,accounting for 63. 24% and 23. 53%,respectively.Conclusion Children and elderlies were high risk group of other infectious diarrhea. Prevention and control measures should be focusing on mobile population areas.
