并行导丝法在更换肾造瘘管中的应用:附33例次报道

摘　　要：目的探讨"并行导丝法"更换"同轴导丝法"失败的肾造瘘管的应用价值。方法观察"同轴导丝法"更换肾造瘘管失败的成功率。失败的21例患者(33例次)采用并行导丝法。结果 2014年6月—2017年2月,共87例患者进行了262次肾造瘘管更换治疗,其中21例患者33例次因"同轴导丝法"更换造瘘管失败纳入本研究,33例次均使用"并行导丝法"成功更换造瘘管,取得完全成功。结论经"并行导丝法"可以顺利的完成肾造瘘管的更换,可以用于"同轴导丝法"换管失败的患者。Objective To assess the application value of ＂parallel guide wire＂ technique in replacing percutaneous nephrostomy tube when the replacement of nephrostomy tube with ＂coaxial guide wire＂ technique fails. Methods Technical success rate of ＂coaxial guide wire＂ technique for the replacement of nephrostomy tube was calculated. In 21 patients （33 times of procedure in total） the replacement of nephrostomy tube with ＂coaxial guide wire＂ technique failed, and ＂parallel guide wire＂ technique was used to try to accomplish the replacement of nephrostomy tube. Results During the period from June 2014 to February 2017, a total of 262 times of replacement of nephrostomy tube were carried out in 87 patients. Among the 87 patients, the replacement of nephrostomy tube with ＂coaxial guide wire＂ technique failed in 21 patients （33 times of procedure in total）, and ＂parallel guide wire＂ technique had to be employed to replace the nephrostomy tube, and the replacement was successfully accomplished in all 33 procedures. Conclusion By using ＂parallel guide wire＂ technique the replacement of nephrostomy tube can be smoothly accomplished. Therefore, ＂parallel guide wire＂ technique can be adopted in patients, in whom the replacement of nephrostomy tube with ＂coaxial guide wire＂ technique fails.
