摘  要:将甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯分别和乙二醇胺进行Michael加成反应,合成氟碳链长度不同的有机氟二元醇,用其做扩链剂合成有机氟改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)。对含氟二元醇进行了表征分析,并研究了其氟碳链长度和用量对WPU乳液性能和膜性能的影响。结果表明,合成的含氟二元醇收率和含量分别达到96.8%和98.9%以上。当扩链接采用50%或100%的有机氟二元醇时,均可得到稳定的WPU乳液。提高氟碳链长度或增加其扩链剂用量,WPU乳液的平均粒径增大,膜的拉伸强度、热稳定性能、耐水性能和表面疏水性能等得到了提高,但膜的断裂伸长率降低。和未改性的WPU相比,用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯合成的二元醇扩链所得WPU膜的拉伸强度从10.1 MPa提高到14.5 MPa,吸水率从18.0%降低至6.5%,表面水接触角从71.4°提高到93.9°。Fluorinated diols with different fluorinated side chains were synthesized by Michael addition reaction of diethanol amine with hexafluorobutyl methacrylate and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, respectively. Then, the fluorinated diols were used as chain extender to prepare waterborne polyurethane(WPU). FTIR, 1 H-NMR and HPLC were utilized to characterize the purities and structures of the fluorinated diols, and the effect of the fluorocarbon chain length and/or dosage of the fluorinated diols on the properties of WPU emulsion and films were also investigated. The results showed that the yield and purity of fluorinated diols synthesized by this method reached to 96.8% and 98.97%,respectively. Meanwhile,the stable WPU emulsions could be obtained as the chain extenders were used with 50% or 100% of the fluorinated diols. An increase in the fluorinated side chains or dosage of the fluorinated diols led to increase in the particle size of WPU emulsions as well as the tensile strength, thermal stability, water resistance and surface hydrophobic performance of the resultant films. In comparison with unmodified WPU, as the fluorinated diols from dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate was used as the chain extender, the tensile strength of the WPU film was increased from 10.1 MPa to 14.5 MPa, the water absorption was decreased from 18.0% to 6.5% and the water contact angle was increased from 71.4° to 93.9°.
