摘 要:为揭示葎草、假连翘、烟草等植物的75%乙醇提取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的忌避效应,采用正交回归旋转组合设计建立了3种植物提取物混合后对烟株上黄曲条跳甲成虫取食忌避效应模型,并分析了各因子间的相互关系。结果表明,葎草乙醇提取物与假连翘乙醇提取物或烟草乙醇提取物混用对黄曲条跳甲成虫取食烟草忌避有拮抗作用;烟草乙醇提取物与假连翘乙醇提取物混用对黄曲条跳甲成虫取食烟草忌避有增效作用。因此,为提高植物提取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的忌避作用效果,减少对寄主烟草的为害,建议选择假连翘的乙醇提取物和烟草的乙醇提取物混合使用。To investigate the deterrent effects of 75% ethanol extracts of three plants(Humulus scandens,Duranta repens and Nicotiana tabacum) on adults of Phyllotreta striolata(F.), a deterrence effect model for the mixed plant extracts was established by adopting orthogonal rotational regression combination design, and the relationships between different factors were analyzed. The results showed that after tobacco feeding, the mixture of Nicotiana tabacum extract and Duranta repens extract had a synergistic deterrent effect on adults of Phyllotreta striolata(F.). However, the mixture of Humulus scandens and Duranta repens extracts or Nicotiana tabacum extracts had an antagonistic interaction on the deterrent effect. Therefore, the mixed ethanol extracts of Duranta repens and Nicotiana tabacum were recommended to deter adults of Phyllotreta striolata(F.) and to reduce their damage to Nicotiana tabacum.
