摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法直接测定笔尖钢中的硒、锑、碲、铋,不需要基体分离,通过对发射谱线、背景点的选择及样品后处理等因素进行优化,确定了仪器同时测定每个元素的最佳分析条件。方法的相对标准偏差RSD<3%(n=11),加标回收率为90%~112%,测定值与无机质谱的结果进行对比。方法已用于日常试样的分析。The content of free-cutting elements in stainless steel was determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer. The interference from matrix elements and coexist elements were studied. The analysis spectral lines and the method for background correction were discussed. The relative standard deviations of detection results were〈 3%（ n = 11）. The recovery ranged from 90% to112%. The method can be used to determine free-cutting elements in stainless steel for ballpoint pen.
