摘 要:基于光诱导电子转移(PET)机理,以7-硝基-2,1,3-苯并恶二唑为识别基团,苯并噻唑染料为信号表达基团,合成一种荧光增强型的硫化氢荧光探针。经光谱学测试和生物学细胞实验证实,相对于其他测试物质(CO2-3,F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,H2PO-4,NO-3,OAc-,HCO-3,SO2-4,SO2-3,Cl O-,Ca^(2+),Cu^(2+),Mg^(2+),Zn^(2+)),该探针对H2S呈现出良好的选择性和灵敏度。当H2S加入到探针溶液后,溶液呈现出蓝色荧光,在467 nm荧光强度显著增强,同时,加标回收实验证实,探针1可以有效地应用于实际样品中硫化氢的性质分析和测定,具有潜在的实际应用价值。Based on the mechanism of photoinduced electron transfer( PET),a fluorescence enhanced hydrogen sulfide fluorescent probe was synthesized by using 7-nitro-2,1,3-benzothiazole as the recognition group and benzothiazole dye as the signal expression group. The spectroscopy test and biology cell experiment showed that,compared with other test substances( CO2-3,F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,H2 PO-4,NO-3,OAc-,HCO-3,SO2-4,SO2-3,Cl O-,Ca^(2+),Cu^(2+),Mg^(2+),Zn^(2+)),the probe of H2 S showed good selectivity and sensitivity. When H2 S is added to the probe solution,the solution exhibited blue fluorescence and the fluorescence intensity was significantly enhanced at 467 nm. At the same time,the recovery of standard addition experiments showed that,probe 1 could be effectively applied to the determination of hydrogen sulfide in real samples. The probe 1 has potential application value.
