摘 要:以柠檬酸为碳源,尿素为含氮掺杂剂,采用水热合成法一步合成了具有荧光性能的氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs),并对其进行了表征。2,4-二硝基酚对氮掺杂碳量子点产生荧光猝灭作用,将其作为荧光探针用于2,4-二硝基酚的检测。在2,4-二硝基酚浓度为0.1~20μg/m L范围内碳量子点的荧光猝灭程度与其浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9979,检出限为0.05μg/m L,回收率在102.0%~110.2%,方法可应用于2,4-二硝基酚快速、灵敏的检测。Nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots( N-CQDs) with strong fluorescence were synthesized though hydrothermal method by using citric acid as carbon source and urea as nitrogen dopant. And the prepared N-CQDs were characterized. The N-CQDs could be used as fluorescent probes for 2,4-dinitrophenol( DNP) detection,The fluorescence of N-CQDs was quenched with the addition of DNP.A good linear range from 0. 1-20 μg/m L was obtained between fluorescence quenching and concentration of DNP with a low detection limit of 0. 05 μg/m L,and the correlation coefficient was0. 9979 with the recoveries of 102. 0%-110. 2%. The fluorescence technique was superior in terms of sensitivity,selectivity and simplicity. It was successfully applied in the determination of DNP in samples.
