廉政研究的知识图谱与理论转向--基于2000年以来CSSCI和SSCI论文的分析

摘　　要：为了全面反映国内外廉政研究的全貌,更好地推动中国廉政理论进步和政策优化,本文对2000年以来CSSCI中文期刊和SSCI英文期刊上发表的相关文献进行了综合评估。通过科学知识图谱分析,发现国内外的廉政研究均是一个多学科领域,重视腐败与政治、经济、文化和法治之间的关系,且由经济学方法占主导。但国外研究更强调实证研究,主题更加精细化,对统计方法和数据要求更高,并推崇跨学科、跨国别的比较研究;国内研究更侧重于规范研究,主题较为泛化,偏好理论演绎和逻辑思辨,聚焦本土问题。国内学界同行可更广泛地借鉴国外经验,深入廉政建设的真实世界,强调实证研究方法的运用,进一步提升研究品质,在建构中国特色的廉政理论范式上寻求突破,以更好地参与和指导廉政政策实践。relevant literature published in all CSSCI Chinese journals and SSCI English journals since 2000. Through the visualization of scientific knowledge domain, we find that both Chinese and foreign anti-corruption researches are an interdisciplinary area, both lay an emphasis on the interrelationship between corruption and politics, economy, culture and legal system, and both rely heavily on economic research methods. Nevertheless, foreign anti-corruptions are more inclined to use empirical research methods, focus on narrower topics, have higher standards for statistical methods and data quality, and highly value interdisciplinary and transnational comparative studies. In contrast, Chinese anti-corruption researches use more normative methods, have broader topics, prefer theoretical derivations and logical speculations, and mostly focus on domestic problems. As such, Chinese scholars should learn more from experience of other countries, delve into the real world of anti-corruption practices, make more use of empirical methods, and further improve their research quality so as to break though in the Chinese-style anti-corruption theoretical norms and better participate in and guide the anti-corruption policy practices.
