摘 要:高校教职工的职务聘任制度经过多年的发展取得长足的进步,然而在当前新的社会形势下,原有的高校职务聘任制度已经不能满足各个利益相关人员的利益诉求和推动高校发展目标的实现。利用利益相关者理论对现行的高校职务聘任制进行分析发现,高校职务聘任制的改革必须兼顾各方面人员的利益需要,利用各利益相关人员的资源,以共同治理和多元评价为改革方向,促进合作共赢。After years of development, the university teacher employment system have made considerable progress. However, un- der the current social situation, the original university teacher employment system does not meet the interests of various stakeholders' demands and it cannot promote the realization of development objective effectively. This paper, using stakeholder theory, analyzed the current position of colleges and universities' employment system, and found that position of colleges and universities' employment sys- tem reform must take into account the interests of all aspects of personnel and use the resources of various interest related personnel, with common governance and multiple evaluation as the reform direction, in the aim of promoting win - win cooperation.
