摘  要:当高校教学本真性精神被行政权力遮蔽,教育管理部门淡化、忽略甚至漠视"教"与"学"相互占有又共同成长的伦理本质,师生被整齐划一的标准"摆置"在评教系统的两极时,学生评教就走入"教""学""评"的伦理困境,它现实地表现为师生伦理价值被制度性怀疑、学生评价行为的模糊性和主观任性以及学校教育管理部门的单向管理—技术思维导向。为破解困境,寻求将治理理念纳入当前学生评教的现实策略,即在评教理念上,转变学生评教的单向管理—技术思维为互向治理—教育思维;在评教具体的实施中,构建利益相关者参与治理的制度框架,创造教师"善教"与学生"乐学"的制度环境。When the authentic spirit of teaching is covered with college' s administrative powers, and education administrative de- partment weakens, ignores and even disregards the ethical essence of "teaching" and "learning", which should be possessed by each other and they grow up together, the teachers and students are "placed" in the evaluation system of the poles by uniform standards. As a result, students' evaluation of teaching enters the dilemma of "teaching" and "learning", which shows the ethical values between teachers and students are suspected institutionally, the ambiguity and voluntary of students' evaluation behaviors, and one dimensional thought orientation of college' s education management departments. To solve the dilemma, it should be effective to put governance into the current praetical strategies of students' evaluating teaching. That is, on one hand, it is necessary to shift the thinking from one di- mensional "managing - technology" to mutual "governing - education" of students' evaluating teaching on the concept of evaluation. On the other hand, it is urgent to construct institutional framework for stakeholder participation in governance and create the institution- al environment of "good educating" of teachers and "good studying" of students.
