环氧树脂/聚丙烯酸酯乳液的制备及其应用

摘　　要：以环氧树脂改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液制备了水性超薄膨胀型防火涂料专用乳液,其可作为涂层的成膜物质。采用FTIR、DSC、TGA、SEM等对乳液性能,及乳液对防火涂料性能的影响进行了考察。结果表明：与聚丙烯酸酯乳胶膜相比,环氧树脂改性的聚丙烯酸酯乳胶膜的吸水率更低,为7.3%,交联度更高,达84.6%,耐水性更好;玻璃化转变温度（Tg）从8.8℃提高到24.4℃,乳胶膜最大热失重速率所对应温度从361.2℃提高到390.3℃。与使用聚丙烯酸酯乳液相比,使用环氧树脂改性过的聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物质的防火涂层质量损失率从27.6%减小到25.2%,膨胀倍率从9.5增加到20.4,钢板背面温度从328℃降低到221℃。以环氧树脂改性过的聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为防火涂料的成膜物质,使涂层在受热膨胀后能形成致密的、均匀的蜂窝状泡孔,可获得较好的耐火性能。A water based epoxy resin modified polyacrlate emulsion was prepared and used for ultra-thin intumescent fireproof coatings. The emulsion properties and their effects on the fireproof coating were investigated by FTIR,DSC,TGA and SEM. Experimental results showed that compared with that of polyacrylate latex film,the epoxy resin modified polyacrylate latex film exhibited more excellent properties. Its water absorption rate and degree of crosslinking was 7. 3% and 84. 6%,respectively. The glass transition temperature（Tg） increased from 8. 8 ℃ to 24. 4 ℃,and the temperature of maximum mass loss rate increased from 361. 2 ℃ to 390. 3 ℃. The mass loss rate and inflation rate of fireproof coating based on epoxy resin modified polyacrylate emulsion was 25. 5% and 20. 4,respectively. That of fireproof coating based on polyacrylate emulsion was 27. 6% and 9. 5,respectively. Moreover,the back temperature of plate decreased from 328 ℃ to 221 ℃. The epoxy resin modified polyacrylate emulsion could make the fireproof coating form dense and uniform honeycomb bubble holes after thermal expansion,which led to a good fireproof performance.
