摘  要:以硅酸钾溶液与硅溶胶为原料,制备了不同模数的硅酸钾溶液,采用四甲基氢氧化铵对硅丙乳液进行催化水解,用适度水解的硅丙乳液对硅酸钾溶液与硅溶胶的反应物进行改性,制得涂料基料,通过有机-无机杂化的方式将涂料基料与锌粉按质量比1.0∶2.6进行混合,制备了一种水性无机硅酸钾富锌涂料。考察了硅酸钾溶液模数、硅酸钾溶液固含量、适度水解的硅丙乳液掺量等对水性无机富锌涂料性能的影响,并对相关作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:当硅酸钾模数为3.3,硅酸钾溶液固含量为25.0%,适度水解的硅丙乳液的添加量为硅酸钾溶液固含量的5%-10%时,涂膜的硬度为5H,柔韧性为4 mm,附着力为1级,7 d耐水性和耐人工海水性能较好,所配制涂料的综合性能优异。First,a series of potassium silicate solution with different modulus were prepared from potassium silicate and silica sol. Then,the catalytic hydrolysis of the silicone-acrylic emulsion was carried out in the presence of tetramethylammonium hydroxide. Subsequently,the reactants of potassium silicate solution and silica sol were modified by the moderately hydrolyzed silicone-acrylic emulsion and used as a coating base material. Finally,the coating base material mixed with zinc powder with a mass ratio of 1. 0∶2. 6 and gave a water-based inorganic potassium silicate zinc-rich coating by organic-inorganic hybridization method. The influences of modulus of potassium silicate solution,solid content of potassium silicate solution and amount of moderately hydrolyzed silica-acrylic emulsion on the properties of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coating were investigated. The related mechanism was also discussed. The results indicated that when the modulus of potassium silicate was 3. 3,the solid content of potassium silicate solution was 25. 0%,and the amount of moderately hydrolyzed silicone-acrylic emulsion was 5% - 10% of solid content of potassium silicate solution,the film's hardness flexibility and adhesion were 5 H,4 mm and grade 1,respectively. It exhibited no change after the film was immersed in water and 5% sodium chloride solution for 7 days,respectively. The coatings showed the best comprehensive performance.
