摘　　要：学术界当前对学术腐败问题的研究很多,有专门对学术腐败概念进行界定的,有对学术腐败现象进行归类的,有从理论上深入剖析学术腐败现象产生根源的,也有研究预防和打击学术腐败现象对策的。这些研究为披露和杜绝学术腐败现象提供了有力的理论和实践依据。但关于学术腐败现象的成因却是众说纷纭,影响了人们对学术腐败问题的正确认识和处理。总结和分析我国学术腐败现象的种类及特征,并从知识拥有者与权力拥有者相互之间寻租的视角着手解析学术腐败现象,能够更好地探讨预防和治理"权学交易"学术腐败的有效措施。There are many academic researches on academic corruption,such as the definition of academic corruption concept,the classification of academic corruption,the analysis of academic corruption from the theoretical point of view,and the countermeasures about how to prevent and combat academic corruption. These studies have provided a strong theoretical and practical basis for the disclosure and elimination of academic corruption. However,there are different opinions on the reasons of academic corruption,which has an impact on people who correctly understand and deal with academic corruption. This paper aims to Summarize and analyze the types and characteristics of academic corruption in our country. Moreover,on this basis,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of academic corruption from the perspective of rent-seeking between the owner of knowledge and the owner of power,and puts forward the measures to prevent and address the academic corruption of ＂academic collusion with power＂.
