摘　　要：薛己(1487-1559),字新甫,号立斋,明代吴郡人。著有《内科摘要》、《外科发挥》等著作。就《内科摘要·脾肾亏损停食泄泻等症》中病机为脾虚肝乘、脾胃气虚、胃肠湿热、脾肾两虚的四个病例进行分析,浅述其临床诊治思想。XUE Ji（1487-1559）, is also called Xin Fu, Mr.LI Zhai, Ming Dynasty people. Author of ＂Neike Zhai- yao＂, ＂Waike Fahui＂ and so on. On the ＂Neike Zhaiyao＇spleen and kidney deficiency indigestion diarrhea embolism＂ in the pathogenesis of the four cases of spleen deficiency and liver prosperous, spleen and stomach Qi deficiency, gas- trointestinal dampness, spleen and kidney deficiency were analyzed, discuss its clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
