益气通络活血汤配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气通络活血汤配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:63例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组进行治疗,对照组针刺治疗,治疗组给予益气通络活血汤配合针刺。观察比较治疗前后2组患者的临床疗效,记录并比较治疗前后2组患者临床疗效比较、疗前后上肢麻木主诉程度改善情况。结果:治疗组两组患者临床疗效比较优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,2组麻木评分均较治疗前下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气通络活血汤配合针刺有助于改善神经根型颈椎病患者的疼痛与麻木症状,是安全有效的方法之一。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Tongluo Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods： 63 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was given Yiqi Tongluo Huoxne decoction com- bined with acupuncture. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared, the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment, and compare the improvement of the degree of numbness of the upper limbs before and after treatment were recorded and compared. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the numbness scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Tongluo Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture can help improve the pain and numbness of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, which is one of the safe and effective methods.
