益气健脾通便方对肺脾气虚型慢传输型便秘生活质量评价及相关肠神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气健脾通便方对肺脾气虚型慢传输型便秘患者的生活质量评价及对肠神经递质NO、Ach的影响。方法:选取60例符合纳入标准的肺脾气虚型慢传输型便秘患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。研究组口服益气健脾通便方,对照组口服琥珀酸普卢卡比利治疗,治疗28d后对两组患者治疗前后以便秘患者生活质量表(PAC-QOL量表)为观察指标进行临床评价,并应用硝酸还原酶法及酶联免疫法检测患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)水平。结果:治疗28d后,2组生活质量均有显著好转,2组治疗前后对比,差异显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后的血清一氧化氮(NO)比治疗前降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后的血清乙酰胆碱(Ach)比治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结果:自拟益气健脾通便方及普卢卡比利对肺脾气虚型慢传输型便秘均有良好疗效,益气健脾通便方疗效更显著,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the life quality evaluation of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction on patients with slow transit constipation and the influence of NO and Ach on intestinal neurotransmitter. Methods： 60 patients with Slow Transit Constipation were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group were treated by Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction and the control group by prucalopride succinate tablets. 28d after treatment on two groups of patients, before and after treatment in constipation patients quality of life table（PAC）-QOL scale as obser- vation indexes for clinical evaluation, and using enzyme-linked immunoassay detection in patients with serum nitric oxide（NO） and acetylcholine（Aeh） level. Results： after treatment of 28d, both groups showed significant improvement in quality of life, with significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P〈O.O5）.The differ- ence between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the serum nitric oxide（NO） after treatment was lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The serum acetylcholine（Ach） after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results showed that the Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction and the pruealopride succi- hate both have good effect on slow transit constipation and the Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction were more effective, and be worthy of clinical application.
