摘　　要：目的:从刺入力角度分析静脉穿刺疼痛的影响因素,探讨无痛静脉穿刺技术。方法:采用微力测试系统对医疗人员静脉穿刺的针尖刺入力进行量化分析,同时高速摄影记录静脉穿刺过程,并评价患者疼痛感受。以分析医疗人员静脉穿刺技术、刺入力数值及患者疼痛数值的相关性。结果:医疗人员采用46~60°进针、灵活、轻巧、曲线滑行快速进针组疼痛分值较低(P<0.05);医疗人员具有良好的身心状态和信心,关注穿刺疼痛及进行良好的沟通交流能够减轻患者穿刺疼痛(P<0.05)。结论:针尖刺入力的数值能够显示患者的穿刺疼痛感受,医疗人员的身心状态、沟通交流、穿刺角度和速度等能够影响刺入力的数值及患者的疼痛感受。Objective： To analysis influence factors of venous puncture pain from piercing force, discuss the pain- less venepuncture technology. Methods： Quantitative analysis for needle point pierce force of medical staff＇ s ve- nepuncture with tiny force test system, high-speed photography record of venepuncture process at the same time, then evaluate pain of patients. To analyze correlation of medical staff＇ s venepuncture technology, Pierce force and pain of patients. Results： Friendly attitude of nurse can reduce patient＇ s piercing pain, the difference was statistically significant（F=ll.105, P〈0.001）; Needle with 46 - 60 ~C , flexible, lightweight and eurvilinear sliding and fast punc- ture have lower pain scores（P〈0.05）; Medical staff has good physical and psychological status, has confidence, focus on piercing pain, can reduce patient＇ s piercing pain（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Medical staff＇ s physical and psychologi- cal conditions, communication, puncture technique can affect the pierce force and patient＇ s pain feeling, needlepoint pierce force can show the patient＇ s piercing pain.
