摘　　要：介绍了A357铸造铝合金的特点和A357合金法兰铸件的技术要求。通过对原材料的准备和配制，熔炼、精炼和浇铸过程及铸件热处理工艺的控制，生产出了高品质的A357铝合金法兰铸件。经检测，法兰的性能满足技术要求。Characteristics of A357 aluminum casting alloy and technical requirements for A357 aluminum casting alloy flange were introduced. The high-grade ofA357 alloy flanges were produced by preparation and charge mixture of the raw materials and control of processes of melting, refining, pouting, ansd heat treating. From the detections it was showed that the performances of flange conformed with the technical requirements.
