摘　　要：介绍了提高棒材离心轧辊质量的八项技术措施：（1）合理确定轧辊工作层的化学成分和硬度，以满足轧辊的使用要求；（2）严格控制离心轧辊外层的厚度，以确保轧辊的使用寿命；（3）提高离心轧辊工作层的强度和耐热性，避免其早期开裂；（4）采用珠光体、索氏体及贝氏体球铁制造离心轧辊；（5）降低离心轧辊工作层硬度差，确保轧辊的耐磨性和耐用性；（6）使离心轧辊的内、外层冶金结合，防止工作层剥落；（7）使高合金冷硬离心轧辊工作层获得白口组织，确保棒材尺寸精度和表面质量；（8）提高离心轧辊的心部强度，防止断辊。Eight technical ways to improve quality of centrifugal roll for steel bar Were introduced as follows： （1）reasonable determination of chemical composition and hardness oft he roll to meet service requirements for it; （2）serious control of external layer thickness of the roll to ensure its having long service life; （3）to increase strength and heat resistance of working layer of the roll in order to avoid its premature cracking; （4） to make the roll from pearlitic,sorbitic or beinitic nodular iron; （5）to render the difference in hardness of the roll working layer less for the purpose of enduring its wear resistance and durability; （6）to make external layer be metallurgically bonded to its internal layer to prevent the working layer from spalling; （7）to make the working layer of high-alloy chilled roll become white cast iron to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the roll; （8）to increase core strength of the roll to prevent it from fracturing.
