摘　　要：以产业发展导向为目的的政府引导基金对产业结构升级、战略性新兴产业发展大有裨益。结合区域产业发展特点和政策导向,将基金投向适合当地发展的关键领域十分必要。以辽宁省为研究对象,结合该地区的优势新兴产业特点,对辽宁省产业投资引导基金的发展模式及存在问题进行分析,并提出对策建议:辽宁省应不断探索市场主导型基金的发展之路、健全基金的信息公开与披露机制以及防范基金运作风险不断推动产业投资引导基金的规范发展。The government guidance fund, which aims at the orientation of industrial development, is of great benefit to the upgrading of industrial structure and the development of strategic emerging industries. In practice, it is necessary to put the fund in the key areas suitable for local development by combining the characteristics of regional industry development and policy orientation. Taking Liaoning province as the research object, combined with the advantage of the characteristics of emerging industries in the region, analyzes the development mode of Liaoning province investment fund industry guidance and problems and that, continue to explore the market oriented fund development, perfect fund and public information disclosure mechanism and operational risk prevention fund to continue to promote industrial investment guide the fund should regulate the development of Liaoniug province.
