摘  要:目的观察并分析全麻诱导时分次注射芬太尼对插管反应的抑制及对呛咳发生的影响。方法选取全麻手术患者110例,随机分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55),ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,对照组患者全麻诱导时常规注射芬太尼,观察组患者全麻诱导时分次注射芬太尼,观察分析两组患者插管反应抑制情况及呛咳发生情况。结果在各个时间段,两组患者组内和组间心率、血压比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组患者呛咳发生率(5.45%)较对照组(38.18%)明显降低(P〈0.05);对照组患者呛咳发生强度较观察组明显加深,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论手术时,全麻诱导给予芬太尼分次注射对患者插管反应的抑制不会产生较大影响,有利于降低呛咳强度与发生率,确保手术治疗效果,加快患者恢复速度,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the inhibitory effect of fentanyl on the intubation response during induction of anesthesia and the effect on the occurcence of choking cough.MethodsA total of 110 cases undergoing general anesthesia were selected and divided into control group (n=55) and observation group (n=55) according to the double chromosphere method. According to the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, and control group was given general anesthesia induced routine injection of fentanyl, observation group was given general anesthesia induction time injection of fentanyl. The response to intubation, the patients in the two groups inhibition and patient cough were observed and analyzed.ResultsThere were no significant differences in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups (P〉0.05); the incidence of cough in the observation group (5.45%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (38.18%) (P〈0.05); the intensity of cough in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).ConclusionsDuring the surgery, the induction of anesthesia with fentanyl interval injection doesn’t affect the inhibition of the intubation response, and it is conducive to reduce the intensity and incidence of choking cough, and effectively ensure the effect of surgical treatment and speed up the recovery of patients, improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
